Ms. Angel was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.  She loves teaching Spanish and tries to bring as much of her culture into the classroom as possible. Her experience has been that students love to listen to music in Spanish, learn about cultural differences and traditions, and have fun while learning a new language. Ms. Angel believes that a good education shapes not only minds, but hearts as well. And that by learning a different language and traditions, especially at a young age, can make students more culturally appreciative. This allows them to incorporate that appreciation into their daily and future lives. It is an honor to help shape young minds in learning a new language that can be intimidating.  Ms. Angel believes, however, that her enthusiastic, cultural approach to teaching Spanish enables students to acquire language skills in a manner that keeps them interested and motivated. This is how she studied.

Ms. Angel is a grandma of 10  beautiful grandchildren. Although they do not live as close as she would like, they speak daily. It is important for Ms. Angel to continue to build her relationships with these wonderful developing minds hungering for cultural stimulation.
